AceCare Repair — Terms, Conditions & Service Agreement

1. Privacy Policy
We collect your name, contact details, shipping information, and payment data to process orders and repairs. We share information only with trusted third-party providers (payment processors, shipping carriers). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. We use encryption and secure systems to protect personal information. You may request correction or deletion of your data by contacting support@acecarerepair.com.
2. Terms of Use
- Use of our website and services is restricted to individuals 18+ and only for lawful purposes.
- All content (logos, text, trademarks) is property of AceCare Repair.
- You agree not to disrupt or misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania and are subject to binding arbitration.
3. Terms of Sale (Products)
- Pricing: All prices are in USD; taxes/shipping may apply.
- Payment: Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
- Shipping: Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days; carrier delays are not our responsibility.
- Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days if defective or incorrect. No refunds on completed repair services.
4. Service Agreement & Liability Waiver (Repairs)
4.1 General Acknowledgments
- AceCare Repair is not an authorized service provider for Apple, Samsung, or other manufacturers. Repairs may void manufacturer warranties.
- No guarantee, express or implied, is made regarding repair success.
- Customer waives all claims against AceCare Repair for data loss, further damage, or issues arising after repair.
- Customer must back up all data before service. AceCare Repair is not responsible for lost data.
- Opening a device voids water resistance; AceCare Repair is not liable for future water damage.
- Aftermarket parts may trigger “non-genuine part” messages on some devices.
4.2 Warranty (30-Day Limited)
- All eligible repairs carry a 30-day limited warranty covering part failure only.
- This warranty does not cover: accidental or liquid damage, pre-existing damage, unrelated component failures, misuse, third-party repairs, or manufacturer software updates.
- If the replaced part itself fails within 30 days, AceCare Repair will replace it at no cost.
- The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original customer.
4.3 Known Device Risks
- Home Buttons may lose Touch ID if replaced.
- Face ID may be lost during repairs on iPhone X and newer models.
- iPads may develop recessed (“sinking”) home buttons post-repair.
- Bent or cracked frames may prevent proper screen fitting.
- iPhones are not waterproof or shatterproof.
- Data loss is always a possibility during repair.
4.4 Abandonment Policy
Devices not retrieved within 30 days of notification are considered abandoned and may be recycled, sold, or discarded. AceCare Repair is not responsible for loss of unclaimed property.
4.5 Payments
- Payment is due upon repair completion or acceptance of a quoted service.
- If a repair is declined after diagnosis, only inspection/shipping fees apply.
- No refunds once a repair is completed.
5. Limitation of Liability
AceCare Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Repairs are performed on already-damaged devices and carry inherent risks.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Pennsylvania law. By using our services or signing the service agreement, you waive your right to a lawsuit or class action.
